With the focus on form and movement, this class will help build strength with proper body positioning and technique. Slower paced than the tabata classes with the main emphasis on weight training with more hands on coaching. A great way to start your day. Max 6 people

No long term commitment. You can sign up for one class or 20. It's totally up to you. Sign up is on a per class basis. Advanced sign up is mandatory. 

Class sign up closes 2 hours prior to the start of that class. Class cancelation also closes 2 hours prior to the start of that class. Cancelations 2 hours or less will be charged for the class

Come join us for a full body workout every Tuesday and Thursday.

These classes use a timer to control the pace of the class, working out in sets of 20-30 seconds with a 10 second break between sets.
